Hi all. I usually wear Barbour, and since I live in the southeast United States I wanted something a little more versatile for my climate. So just to experiment how I liked G1000 I just ordered a cheap older hooded raven (is that even the name?).

The biggest reason I gravitated towards it over a Greenland was mostly due to the waist drawcord but I'm kind of itching to pull the trigger on a Greenland too 👀

Does anyone know how the fit differs? Is what I bought a decent representation of vintage Fjallraven?

First time I did the Chinese thing. Living in the southeast US it gets muggy AF so I stuck a mesh band on a flieger style watch to stay cool and dry. I actually kind of dig the look and the watch is sturdy as hell. I'm very, very impressed!
