Warangal is 1300km away from my home and surathkal is 2300 km idk what to chose and I also can't travel via flight so please do you think nit k worth it ????

Please tell me for my choice preference I am so confused and haven't decided anything yet. Also note that I live in UP and can't travel via flight so is it good to chose college so far from my home. Also I saw from a youtube video that nit allahabad cse package is 27 lpa is it legit ??
