Need help my pathfinder is jerking at low speeds a p102 code came on for the MAF sensor, I did buy a new one but nothing has changed it’s still doing its same jerk at low speed. I was told it was actually from low transmission fluid but after adding some here I am still. Out of options and really need help with this one

I’m in desperate need of help, my truck jerks at low speeds. I did get a p102 Maf code but after changing the sensor it’s still doing the same thing. 2 people told me just add some trans fluid that didn’t stop it. I’ve tried almost everything and starting to get a bit frustrated someone please help
