226,000 miles on the clock. Cooling systems refresh. All hoses, (front & rear), reservoir, radiator, belts, pulleys, fan clutch. Hoping she will get me another 100,000 miles. Curious if she sounds ok? Figure my peeps in the Reddit community could give me some insight.
1000 g bread flour
200 g leaven
20 g sea salt
800 g water
80 g oats
➡️ mix water, oats & mix in leaven.
➡️ add flour & salt & mix well until fully incorporated.
➡️ KA Mixer x 5 minutes.
➡️ let rest @ 78° f x 30 minutes
➡️4 stretch and folds with 30 minute rest in between.
After the final s&f let rest x 3-4 hours @ 78° f.
➡️dough should be at least double or triple the original dough.
➡️Pre Shape & let rest x 20 minutes
➡️Shape & into bannetons then let rest for 30-60 minutes.
➡️ Cold Retard….. refrigerate 12-24 hours
➡️ Pre heat Oven @ 550°F with vessel inside
➡️ Oven down to 500°f & place bread in oven covered x 20-23 minutes
➡️Remove lid & continue to bake an additional 23-25 minutes
➡️when done remove & let rest x 20-30 minutes before slicing. (Very Important!!!)
Complete cooling system refresh. Took a dump last week. Radiator split at the top. Complete system refresh this week. All the hoses, clamps & radiator. Wanted to bring her to my mechanic but it’s way expensive so doing it myself for a fraction of the price. Anything else besides the water pump & belts while in here. Belts are new & water pump was replaced a few thousand miles ago…

Had car towed to a shop close to me. Had to order 2 coolant hoses by the firewall plus while he was under the hood had him replace drive belts & pulleys.
Coolant hose in the rear of engine blew out. Is this an easy fix & how to do it? Tia…
