Idk if I’m really loosing body fat
I’m 5’ 6” and I was at 165 and now I’m at 155. nothing really changed before and after except for maybe my back muscles are a bit more defined. like they aren’t defined but now if I flex them in a mirror I can see the outlines. I feel like the amount of fat in my stomach or arms changed tho. idk i dont really count my calories but I eat pretty healthy stuff and I work out a couple times a week plus I walk a lot during the day cause my campus is big but yeah. I could use some advice
I’m 16. my period was irregular for the last couple of years but I started getting it consistently again this year and idk if this is tmi but my cycle length now is anywhere from 25-35 days which is normal but it’s like in a pattern where 1 cycle is normal albeit a little heavy and then the next one is like non existent and the blood is just brown and clumpy and very light. and idk if this is normal or a sign of pcos or smth but help would be much appreciate.
