I box dyed my hair like 2 times earlier this year… and now I want to go pink. Like, LIGHT pink. I’ve debated doing this at home but I just don’t know if I trust myself. But at the same time I’m embarrassed to go to the hairdressers and be like “hi… I box dyed my hair and I’ve been cutting it myself for like 4 years and on top of that I’ve been trying to grow the box dye out so now I have like 4 inches of virgin hair.” I just hear hairdressers saying how it’s their worst nightmare and I don’t want to trouble anyone. Should I attempt it myself or suck it up and go?
