Ignored refunds on an online purchase from Shine and Glory
Help
I made a purchase worth 231 pounds in March on an online shopping website called Shine And Glory.
2 of the items weren’t as advertised, so I returned. The rest of the 4 items weren’t delivered at all.
It’s been 3 months of a back and forth and I have yet to receive my money.
I went through their return policy and thoroughly read. I am owed money but they won’t reply to my emails anymore.
They have branch in the UK and head offices are in France.
Any assistance on what to do next?
