Is this major good? Can I get a master's degree in electrical engineering if I major in biochemistry and biotechnology? If I get a PhD how much will I be able to make?

Honestly ,I feel like I wasted those years. Although , I did academically well. I didn't got that much exposure to good friends, olympiads , other activities.
