Turning 24 in 18 days

I am not even sure if this is the right sub for this , but here goes -my karma- nothing .

I am turning 24 years old in 18 days and I feel like , although I did a lot in my life , that I did nothing and it's frustrating me , I graduated high school in 2020 , had a year off where I only read manhwa and went to the gym , I did get into my best physical shape , but other than that I did nothing basically, went to public university the next two years, but I didn't graduate , went to a private university for one year and still didn't graduate and honestly besides the basics of java and some short term friends , I didn't do anything in university, went back to public uni last year , but money was getting tight so I started tutoring, thus I didn't have time to study and failed most my exams , and I was gaining weight all this time because I nothing was that consistent in my life , I went from 87 kg at my peak athleticism, to 125 kg in like 3 years , fast forward to this last year , I was working at a pizzaria and at a supermarket on and off two shifts , and I was barely getting any sleep , last week I was kind of pushed out from work , so I quit , and I was thinking to take some time for myself, but I got two job offers , one was a 12 hour work day as a caregiver for an old men, and the other was a 5 by 5 hours aka double shifts at a pizzaria, but I will be alone running everything for one week , and when the owner comes back from I would keep working double shifts , I refused the double shifts and we didn't agree on the pay so I took this one week and I will be out by Monday, through these years though I collected some skills from side work , i worked withy dad in construction, got a certificate of completion from a PC fixing course , gained some cooking skills from helping my mom and cooking for myself and my family sometimes , and I worked in restaurants for a very short period, and in pizzaria for a year , and in a supermarket for few months, I also learned cutting hair from a professional and practiced for quite a bit, some of my classmates who were at a close level of mine opened their own barbershop, and even I got the tools and started cutting hair at home , but I stopped for a while and my parents runs a small business making and selling natural products, and I help them with everything when it's work season (which is the upcoming few months) , and now I am enrolled in two courses , McKinsey forward program and a cyber security course, my next step is quitting my job and focusing on polishing myself, but I still feel like I shouldn't quit , and I always feel like I haven't done enough, and I am not enough,

Hair styling and products

So I've been growing my hair back and forth since 2019 , but at a certain length I just don't know how to take care of it anymore , I like to keep it simple , but my hair has too much volume and gets tangled very easily, so whenever I use something like wax it only keeps my hair styled for an hour or two , and I like it more curly and wavey but I can't find the right products to use , I have oily scalp but my hair is dry , and it doesn't hold moisture, like when I go for a swim it needs time to get wet and in few minutes it looks completely dry , I shampoo my hair like twice a week and I use conditioner, but I haven't used conditioner or brushed it in a week or two , so it is probably more tangled than usual , I tried multiple hair care advices but little seems to work .

Ps: I love my hair , and it suits me when I am having a good hair day , I just want a decent routine to have more consistent good hair days .
