I'm 29 yrs old. Working as a Marketing head. Diagnosed with ADHD last year, but, been struggling with it since last time I was born 🥲

Just need someone for regular check-ins and talk to when I'm feeling low.

It's not related to adhd (I think). Little concerning to me and I can't reach out to anyone known about it.

Looking for a second clinical diagnosis and treatment. I got diagnosed last year but only preliminary trial (questionnaire). I want to manage my life as im moving up the corporate ladder and my adhd is coming in my way.
