Why wont my Free Ranger figure work???

Ive "reset broken toys" to both halves in Skylanders Giants on Wii like 5 times now. Ive reset both halves in game under "manage" an insane amount of times. The nfc tags both scan on my phone like any other working figure. When I put the halves on separate skylanders, both parts work great. When I put them together, yeah, completely wont work. What is happening?? What can I do??? Please help

I've bought Mario & Sonic Rio 2016 TWICE now and it still gets stuck on the loading screen!!

Please see what happens in the video listed. Reddit wouldn't let me upload the video for some reason. Please help me out! Ive bought this game twice now and both copies do the same thing when no other game has given me any issue at all.

How do I collect the characters these days?

Hello! So I grew up playing this game and even had all the characters. I randomly remembered this game again after having long lost all the figures and wanted to get into it. Problem is, I have no idea where to even begin when it comes to collecting these guys again. Which ones are rare these days? Any pointers on collecting the og figures would be amazing.
