Please help!! I have this exact problem in my notes but without R7 R8. That’s what’s throwing me off. I know once I have I2 I can find I3 using loop law. But I can’t seem to understand how to get I2. I’ve got I1 it’s just Itotal. Please help

I would love help going in the right direction picking one. I normally research endlessly before buying anything but the rebate expires in 30 days so I need help!
The rebate is for $2,300 which is apparently not a lot when it comes to the price of these things 😅
I can’t reasonably go above $2,700-3k to buy this thing. So please keep that in mind when you give your suggestions.
I’m looking for:
A weight limit above 400lbs
Reliability
Ease of repair
NO APP OR SUBSCRIPTIONS (it’s crazy some bikes have them)
I don’t care about:
How far the charge takes me I would never need to go more than 10 miles max round trip
Hauling kids/other people/pets
Looks
IMPORTANT INFO:
My total budget (including rebate) is 3k
I have to buy at a local shop I can’t buy online but I live in a bike heavy city so I should be able to find most brands
