43F - chronic diseases, kids also not healthy

Everything is stressful, like my work, getting kids ready for school or bed time or lunch dinner. A lot of anxiety in day to day things. Anxiety about their future. Do they have good future? Or will they struggle forever like me?

Sade sati

I’m Aquarius moon going through last phase of Sade sati. Last few years have been so intense that I feel like this is the new reality of my life. I fear that my life will always be like this now. I have become this serious person who cannot enjoy anything anymore. Things improved slightly in last one year but not the best, only with adjustments and compromises.

Now, from past few weeks I’m spiraling again. I heard it’s Saturn retrograde. I think I’m one of those who feel full pressure from Saturn be there a slightest change and I’m not able to shake it off. I feel depressed that I am unable to show love to my kids. I’m also going through Saturn MD - Venus AD and my Saturn is exalted in the 7th house. My Saturn MD will get over in 2036 makes me feel like my life is not going to improve after Sade sati. Saturn will continue to teach me and nothing will improve. I have lost hope and feel no joy anymore.

I’ve a job where people are toxic and I work a lot and don’t get paid enough. I have chronic health issues. My kids are very difficult to raise, I’m constantly butting heads with them. My husband is also stubborn, I’ve been compromising. I’m living with my in-laws which created further issues. The earlier few months of 2026, I put in all effort to find a new job and gave interviews but got rejected. I feel Saturn has me pinned down with no chance to move or grow. Just struggling to break free but nothing is working.

Back to where I began

I started taking LDN last year and went up from 0.5 to 4 mg with weekly increments and felt horrible that I had to stop. I started again but this time with monthly increments of 0.5 mg, did great. Haven't felt like that in ages but when I hit 3 mg, everything went downhill thereafter. I developed insomnia, was overstimulated, couldn't focus. The same LDN helped me greatly with my sleep and now it was just the opposite. After a few days of those symptoms, I dropped my dose down to 2 mg thinking it would help, still there was no change. I started taking it in the morning that also didn’t help. Now I haven’t taken it for almost 40 hours, I was able to sleep little better last night but I have headache which feels like withdrawal.

I still believe LDN made my life better, maybe I should stick to the lowest dose 0.5mg and see how it goes? Or maybe LDN will always require few days of reset after few months and I need to learn to identify that and deal with it before it gets worse?

Has anyone else experience this?

Kumbh rashi - positive changes coming - is it true?

I saw a lot of videos on youtube recently regarding major changes coming into the lives of people with Aquarius moon. They are claiming that something major is going to happen after July 20th and our lives are going to change for better. So far I have not noticed anything. I do not want to raise my expectations and then be disappointed cuz the way my life has been going on from almost a decade, I'm used to setbacks and failures. 😢
Maybe it’s too soon since today is July 20th. But is it really going to happen?

Pain came back - LDN not working anymore?

I have been taking LDN for almost a year now and after initially going from 0.5 to 4.5 with a weekly increase of 0.5 (got enormous side effects), I decided to increase my dose super slowly and listen to my body. I have been doing really good till 2.5 mg until recently when I increased my dose 3 mg, my upper back pain came back. And it’s not getting better. The pain is excruciating and I’m unable to sleep or function. Does that mean LDN is no longer working for me? Will going down to 2.5 mg help? Or is it just a side effect of increasing the dose and I should wait it out? LDN gave me amazing pain free months which I had not experienced in more than 10 years. Now I feel like it was all short lived. 😞

Manifestation vs astrology

People talk about manifestation like it is very powerful, and I see them achieve things in life, but what about people like me who are under heavy planetary influence and just not able to succeed or find peace or happiness in anything I do or have? My ambitions are high, and I have tried to focus on my goal and manifest, but day after day, year after year, there have been challenges and only failures. My astrological reading mirrors what I'm going through. So, in reality, manifestation only works for people who have good placements of planets?

43F- Stressful job - toxic environment

I got this job last year and have been struggling with the work. All of my team is offshore and I only interact with them via chat or meetings some time. The person managing the team is a micro manager and sends insulting/shaming messages if I do something differently than he would do. With multi-tasking, high workload and toxic environment it’s taking a toll on me. I want to be out of it but do not want to resign. When will I get another job that aligns with me and is not stressful?

How was Siya Goyal in school?

Just wondering if anyone knew her personally from school and what was she like back then. Just trying to understand her psychology- from murdering someone to flipping off the media, basically showing no remorse.
