How long is too far to travel?

Hey guys I’ve pretty much tried a trial at one of the MMA places near me. It was very local but the people seemed a bit meat- heady and not friendly I don’t know if it’s because I’m soft and not used to physical contact but I kinda didn’t vibe with the people.

I kinda never leave town really and I live in a rural touristy town. I was thinking of flipping the script - I get nervous driving especially during dark nights after work (OCD) but found a Muay Thai place 25-30 mins away around 20 miles.

It’s supposedly has high reviews and is beginner friendly but I’m just concerned is this too far? I’m only a student - but would like to gain some confidence in myself

How long do you travel? And what do you think I should do in my situation?

Today confirms That is wasn’t worth moving from our beloved Upton Park.

We really did sell our soul (not the fans) for one trophy. Well done.

Dating in Cornwall for a mid 20s guy?

Where do you even meet people of this age down here? It seems like dating apps are the only way and you can’t meet anyone organically/ naturally anymore! Any advice?

Recommend any activities? Male mid 20s?

Hello guys wondering if anyone could recommend some activities or hobbies I could do outside in Cornwall I’m very familiar with much around here.

I was thinking of just trying a sport or activity around the area maybe a martial art or something

I feel I’m abit locked in with just training weights at the gym and work - pretty much all I do and I think I’m suffering alittle mentally due to being the same old.

Any help or if anyone could point me to a good place for beginners? I’d appreciate it.

Don’t mind travelling I drive im from between Truro/ Newquay.

Do you genuinely believe if Arsenal were 1-0 down and they equalised with that goal it would have been disallowed?

I’m just a little confused. We can stop any corner in any match and find a foul with the logic on display from people saying yes it should have been disallowed.

Hey guys I’m an intermediate lifter mainly training strength for a while shifted my focus toward Natural BB. Kind of got bored from deadlifting conventional trying to hit numbers etc. wanted to fully focus hypertrophy and development. But still kinda wanted to lift from a dead stop so figured SLDL In 4-6 rep range And RDL’s in the higher rep range

Is this a good idea? Any experienced BB tell if they’ve done this set up?

Been thinking about this a lot over the last few years - in the modern era we’ve been absolutely trash bar the Moyes era but even then my question would be our appalling records against certain teams.

Brighton, Brentford, Man City, Aston Villa even Bournemouth now. (Maybe even palace)

I can confidently say if we stay up for next season - we do not have a chance of winning these matches if the stars align we might get a draw this is unacceptable that you can know you aren’t going to get results.

I know everyone has bogey teams but our record against these teams are disgraceful (Before anyone says it Villa only under emery)

I stand by the fact we are run like a 90s club in 2020’s these teams have better facilities, better analysts and most certainly recruitment.

We don’t recruit right, We’ve always been a counter attacking team that’s like watching a JCB on the motorway bar a few players like Summerville, Lingard, Prime Antonio.

I don’t have much hope for any buy outs for new owners since the news of existing owners increasing their shares.
