is the deco 01 v3 worth it to buy? i heard it had an extremely high IAF or something but I saw in some review where the guy was swiping the pen pretty lightly and it still registered, so im pretty confused

do you guys think that if a person gets used to a small pen tablet, it would affect their skills if they switch to a larger one?
