Why is this not released on home video in the United States at the time ? Every other anime with similar content and themes were released but not this .
I just discovered this remix from YouTube in late 2010/early 2011 before the official remix with snoop dogg was released. It was said to be titled "David Guetta ft. Felix - Don't You Want Me Remix" before it was removed on youtube.
I just discovered this song from Eric Prydz that influenced Avicii’s signature sound in later songs like Madman, Wipeout, Electric education, tear the club up remix, and levels
As I wa looking for more animated films made in the late 1950s, I stumble upon this film that very few people on social media media discusses about. This is a forgotten masterpiece. I love the animation, music, characters and its theme with charm and artistic poetry with mythology.
Disfunktion is a duo act from Netherlands that produces songs in the infancy of festival big room progressive house. Coincidentally Avicii was signed to their label PinkStar records. Bromance and Galette have similar sounding production that someone on YouTube mistakenly posted it as Hello Miami with 13 million views. Avicii confirmed that he never made the track while Disfunktion did and it gives more publicity to both acts. That internet misleading helped Avicii becoming a respectful, well established dance producer while Disfunktion remained popular only in its selected group.
The song itself is uplifting and groovy. Solid arps, crisp pianos, square pluck synths and bubbly bass lines. I can see the band may be influenced by Avicii or was trying new sounds for themselves. Disfunktion would have been more popular internationally if not for Avicii craze that was going on.
To anyone that knows Avicii’s early career, he previewed a demo version of the track Bom in October 13th, 2009 on YouTube and likely from his official website or MySpace. The short demo mix sounds like a precursor of tropical house with techy trance stabs and synths and less mixed or unmastered. The final full version of Bom was commercially released on Vicious Records in about January 2010. The catchy tune is underrated and a dance club banger.
