I’m a white badge seasonal I’m trying to get transferred to another warehouse. If I picked a flex schedule transfer will it convert me to a blue badge?

Im a seasonal white badge and I work at VGT 3 which is connected to LAS 8. I haven’t been able to talk to my manager if my warehouse is closing down soon since I heard she’ll be gone for a week and she been busy. I had worked at another warehouse and it was temporary open only for peak season but I did put in a transfer around that time and it got approved w/ start date days and time. But they’ve terminated me before i even get to start at the warehouse where I wanted to transfer. But I’ve heard that VGT 3 will be firing people soon even though we just got hired not that long ago. I just worked there for a month now and the new other shift people recently got hired only been there prolly 2-3 week by now. Since they’re/ might be firing soon or closing down I did put in two internal transfers. Already got two transfers got declined and just put two new ones in for the warehouse that is more near me and since my commute I catch the bus too and work night shifts. I would love to work day shifts but there is only night shifts available right now. There have been job opening at the warehouse where I want to transfer too but I just don’t get why they couldn’t approve my transfer if they also looking for people to hire at that warehouse. There also been these two guys frm my class whose transfer both got approved and they always come late to work and don’t really don’t anything much at work but they already got transferred. Even some other ppl got transferred approved that started after us. I just don’t wanna risk getting terminated again since I’ve waited so long to get back into Amazon. I also want to be converted to a blue badge. Any idea or advice you guys have or had this kind of situation before????
