Need to hear other POV’s (read till the end)

My brothers and sisters,
I want to hear what people think will help save Somalia. As in, a detailed step by step guide, you believe can save Somalia.
I’m from the UK and I’ve got a large team of Somalis from all different tribes coming together to try push ideas to help save our country.
We range from youth as young as 15 to elders as old as 80 SubhanAllah.
And please I do not want to hear any comments like “there’s no hope” or “give up you can’t do anything” etc because these mindsets are the ones that will guarantee our country will never change. At least if we come together and try, even if it doesn’t work out, we will go out knowing we tried for our people.
Look at the rest of the world, all these countries that stick together (countries way bigger than Somalia with more inhabitants) and don’t discriminate between tribes. Can’t we succeed with our fellow people? Cant we succeed with each other as Muslims? The current state is an embarrassment to our religion and our people.
