Why do the backgrounds in the 7-9 remasters look more compressed than the original?

and are there any mods to restore the original backgrounds without any AI upscaling?

Is final Fantasy VII Rebirth worth it on Steam Deck?

I'm playing through the first remake right now and while there are some hiccups and the game can look pretty blurry at times, performance is pretty solid and I'm having a lot of fun! I'm really anticipating Rebirth and I just wanted to know how it is on the Deck

Anyone else feel like the other members of Plastic Tree are deeply underappreciated?

I wish more love was shown to Tadashi, Akira, & KenKen :( they're all so amazing in their own right. Ryutaro deserves the love he gets but the other members need just as much love too

Can't log in on steam deck/linux

I'm trying to install mods for Minecraft and I have the CurseForge app. However when I click log in, or "sign in with Microsoft account" it just takes me to Firefox's page on the Discover store. I'm so confused
