I understand what the government and whoever else brought this up were trying to do - we shouldn't pay to be able to sit with our children.

Fair.

But the effective difference now is the following:

before: Pay 8-12 euros and a family of 4 seats together (family seat pricing and free reserved seat for the kids)

now: Pay 15 euros per seat (total 60 euros) for the family to seat together or pay 0 and one parent seats with the two children in the back of the plane and the other parent sits in the middle seat somewhere in the front 30 rows away.

For a family vacation where the entire family wants to sit together, what would have previously cost 24 euros max now costs 120 for a return trip.

It’s my first time buying a brand new vehicle, I had a used Tucson before and I was extremely happy with it and this time I went all in and got the top trim with all the bells and whistles. I thought it was without saying that the seats should be plush and comfortable. They did feel small when I did the test drive but I thought it’s all in my head they look amazing. I’m 5’10’’, 190lb and 1) the pedals are too close to the seat causing the angle from my knees to be almost 90 degrees and when I push the seat back I get very far away from the infotainment, and then the seat is very short so there’s no support under the heap causing my leg to just hang there and fall to the right all the time and be uncomfortable. I’ve been looking at seat extenders but I hate the fact that I bought a brand new car, spend so much money and now I’m looking at seat accessories that might or might not work. Does the seat get better and so other drivers ever get used to them?

Disclaimer, I’ve driven way too many cars in my life and the reason why I did not pay attention to the ergonomics is because I never had any issues with seats before.
