I applied for an IOM International P-2 position.
My timeline is:
Applied: July 2026
Interview: September 2026
PAS/referees submitted
Status changed from “Under Consideration” to “Decision in Progress”
After 3+ weeks, email to hr and HR confirmed: “The recruitment process is still underway.
You will be contacted as soon as a decision has been reached.”
Has anyone experienced a similar IOM process?
How long did your “Decision in Progress” stage take before you received the final outcome?
After all what do you think ! Rejection or offer 😎😔
