Unironisch, ich verstehe es nicht.
Ich war nie mit einer Frau zusammen, ich kann mir das auch überhaupt nicht vorstellen.

Ich hab Kollegen, die gehen jede Mittagspause raus um mit der Freundin zu telefonieren.

Ich hab in einem Jahr nicht mal den Erzählstoff, um ein 1h Telefonat zu füllen.

Über was spricht man mit Frauen über die Kennlernphase hinaus?

Ich würde mir so unter Druck vorkommen, als müsste ich jeden Tag spontan noch eine standup Nummer schreiben.

In every other travel advise I hear about the uniqlo flagship store…
It has literally the same stuff like any other bigger uniqlo store.

And people act like it is a god given gift, I mean I can tell that the prints on the shirts are kinda cheap, they will probably have the first cracks in the print after a few washes.

And idk about other counties, but in places like the us you can definitely get shirts for the same prices.

Am I seeing something wrong?

I'm going on a trip to Tokyo soon and will be staying at an Airbnb in Shinjuku.

The only thing that’s worrying me a bit right now is that I’ve never been to a big city before, and to put it mildly, I’m not a fan of cockroaches or rats.

I’ve heard that small restaurants in particular don’t take cleanliness very seriously, and on top of that, I’m not a huge fan of seafood.

Do you have any tips on where I can eat best given these criteria?

Ich dachte immer, Mieten ist zwar nicht so entspannt wie eine eigene Immobilie, aber zumindest ist man sehr flexibel, kann auch auf einmal eine Arbeit 800km weit weg suchen und dann umziehen.

Ich suche jetzt seit 6 Monaten meine erste eigene Wohnung, das ist schon relativ rigged.
Aber ich hab ja keinen Zeitdruck.

Aber ich denke mir auch: Ich kann ja nie im Leben mal sagen, ich such mir mal einen Job in Süddeutschland, ziehe innerhalb der Kündigungsfrist dahin.

Weil die Wahrscheinlichkeit, etwas zu finden, ja utopisch ist.
Wie machen Leute das überhaupt? Suchen die sich Monate vorher erst mal eine Wohnung und gucken dann nach einem Job??

I’d love to explore more books like this- not necessarily in the cyberpunk genre, but rather stories where a character finds themselves in a hopeless situation.

I like movies and TV shows like "Taxi Driver", "Fight Club", "Steins;Gate", "Edge of Tomorrow" ,"Shutter Island" or "The Truman Show"
