Where in sunnyside can I get my cat neutered
Hello, does anyone have a trustworthy vet recommendation for cat neutering and vaccinations? I’m nearby 47th and queen boulevard and rather go somewhere other than the clinic next door to Pelicanas

Talked to a few people in NYC property mgmt lately and keep hearing the same thing: compliance work that used to be maybe 20-25% of a managing agent's week is now 50-60% of it. Local Law 97, aka Climate Action Law, is the main reason.
Unlike the other nyc local laws these teams already deal with (facade inspections, lighting upgrades, whatever), LL97 isn't a one-time filing you check off. Every building over 25k sq ft has to be modeled against emissions caps that keep stepping down through 2030 and beyond, so it's ongoing analysis, not a deadline.
That leaves firms with two options that both kind of suck: hire a consultant per building (doesn't scale, 120 buildings = 120 separate engagements) or build an in-house sustainability team (not realistic for most firms outside the biggest players).
I work on the compliance/analytics side of this, so biased, but curious whether other managers here are seeing the same time split, and whether anyone's found a third option besides "hire more people" or "hire more consultants."
