I uploaded the App on Sep 29 and it got rejected for this reason

Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed - New App Submission

This app has been submitted by a developer account that has a limited App Review history. We need additional information to better understand the app and complete the review.

On Oct 1st, I again resubmit with what Apple team asked

1. A screen recording captured on a physical device demonstrating the app's functionality.
2. Detail explanation of the App in reply

But now it's 8th Oct, and it's still in "Waiting for Review". Yesterday I sent an email asking them the status but till now no reply.

is it normal time for the first time App Store submission ?

Anyone faced the issue while applying for APPLE Developer enrollment that you have passport of different country but you living in another country. And because of this enrollment fails.
