Most respectful non problematic way to use someone’s skin color to verbally differentiate between two men

So I work with two gentleman, and honestly the only obvious differentiating factor between them is one is white and one is black. So when I’m asking a customer “which gentlemen was assisting you today” is it kosher for me to say something along the lines of “was it the black gentleman?” (Or “was it the white gentleman”) if one’s wearing an obviously bright shirt then of course I always use that first before skin color😂 but most of the time it’s the only thing I can think of to differentiate given they are so similar 🤷‍♀️

Would anyone know what this patch on my forehead might be? I’ve noticed the discoloration for some time now maybe a year? It’s just getting darker as time goes on

I have noticed some new discoloration/freckling forming on my forehead and it’s just getting more prominent, it almost looks like it could be acne but it’s been discolored for quite some time now the bumpiness might be new and my skin is breaking out pretty badly right now
