So I'm new to this and not really sure what I'm doing

I just ran an inventory of some common emotions I've been noticing lately popping up and asking each one what they need to feel safe, and based on the responses I felt here's basically what I came up with:

  • Mirth: Ask me and I’ll come out
  • Euphoria: I need laughter plus love to come out
  • Love: Can’t access it yet, dread is protecting it.
  • Confidence: Wants to be expressed in confident posture. Seems to be good friends with mirth.
  • Dread: Wants me to help terror to release the fear
  • Terror: Wants anger to come out so it can fight the fear
  • Anger: Wants me to move more
  • Grief: Ready to show up whenever
  • Excitement: Keep up the healing work!

Does this seem right? I'm self-healing, so whenever I do something new I always sort of feel like I'm just making it up, especially since I'm basically just responding to feelings which can feel like I'm just psyching myself out sometimes.
