I want to cry, so itchy

I am crying. I work with sani water a lot, but still wear Nitrile gloves at work to avoid contact. I just woke up this morning with a massive hole in my pinky from itching in my sleep. My hands are so dry and cracked I put lotion on and it just wont stop itching it's driving me insane. I cant use steroids for more than a few days at a time and nothing ive found works to relieve it. Its so hard being mentally strong enough not to itch because it freaking ITCHESSS. Ive gone to drs and got triamcinilome but I think its too soon for me to use it again, and its slowly starting to not work anymore after going back to it multiple times in the past 4-5 years. I dont know what to do to get it to stop 😩 its driving me crazy and I just want my hands back

Tomato classic

I have a whole bunch of early girl and burpee big boy tomato plants I got with wedding money awhile ago. Our early girls have been popping off 3-4 tomatoes a week and its come in handy for a few meals now. Ive also made pasta sauce to add flavor to our butter noodles lol. I think I like eating them on homemade bread with lots of salt and pepper the most tho. This year has definitely been my foraging era. I've been nabbing friends and family's fruits to bake cobblers (LOTS OF BLACKBERRY, some cherry, apple, blueberry and strawberry). Wishing I grew potatoes, onions and lettuce rn. Any fun cheap tomato recipes?

Any tips for when I tackle the helmet?

First time trying a piece this big, let alone with shading. I feel like I'm learning as I go, and that's why I started with the shoulder before the helmet. I can already see things I could do better, but other ppls opinion is always nice. Thank you!
