Carvana fully withdrew over $10k from our bank for a trade in transaction that they then initiated a cancellation less than 30 minutes later.
And now they told us it will take 10-15 business days to refund us our money for a transaction they refused to complete?! This is absolutely absurd. Never utilizing them again 🤬
Warning everyone about the seller bane_louloubag who had great ratings. However, they shipped my package and it was seized by USPS for having fraudulent postage. I opened a dispute and they first offered to refund me minus the shipping cost. Then they offered to resend the package but told me that they could only resend it if I cancelled the dispute. This was my first transaction on DHgate and I didn't know not to do that. Now they haven't responded to me for days. Lesson learned. But don't buy from this seller. They use dishonest practices from start to finish. They will take your money and leave you without your order.
