4th dose tomorrow and no weight lost

I’m on the microdose program and I started it in order to help with the weight gain from quitting nicotine a few months ago. I am not super tall and my abdominal fat is a huge point of insecurity for me. Tomorrow will be week 4, (my fourth dose) and as you can see I’ve only “lost” 0.3lbs but it’s just the same fluctuation daily. I’m getting discouraged maybe this isn’t working for me. I’m starving all the time still. I have some discipline with what I eat and I tend to eat very healthy because I have a chronic condition called endometriosis that I need to make sure I do not eat inflammatory foods too often.
Anyway, I wish this graph showed more of a down trend. Almost a month in with no weight loss 🫪🫪

Is this an ok place to live in Nashville?

Hi everyone! I wasn’t sure where to get info for this so I figured the Reddit page might be good. I’m thinking about moving into a place close to the Piggly Wiggly near Dickerson Pike. I currently live on the other side of Gallatin near Inglewood and I love the area, but I have to move somewhere else cheaper and I’d love to stay in East. I found a good spot near the Piggly Wiggly and I wanted to check with some local East Nashvillians and see if this is a decent spot safety wise. I spend some time at some restaurants and bars on Dickerson Pike, but living on this side of East Nashville I wasn’t too sure about so I just wanted the Community’s opinion.

Slynd birth control experiences

Hello! I am about to start Slynd birth control and am looking for others experiences. Preferably good, but I welcome all experiences to try to understand what to expect. I am starting Slynd to prevent ovarian cysts, as I had surgery a few months ago to remove one and Slynd has been prescribed to me as a potential method of prevention. I have never taken birth control before so I am unsure what to expect. I am honestly hoping I don’t notice a difference at all.

140lbs 27 year old female. Started becuase I gained some weight after quitting nicotine. Been on the microdose program - taking my third injection today and moving up to 0.1mg from 0.05mg. The last two weeks on 0.05 I have noticed almost nothing. I haven’t lost any weight. Will it get easier and I will be less hungry on the 0.1? Should it be working by

I’ve been using prescription AA for about 2 months and love it, but I stopped when started Tret 0.025% 2.5 weeks ago so as to not use two actives at once. Currently I am slowly upping my Tret usage from every 4 days to every 3 days, and soon will use every other day. When is a good time to incorporate AA back into my morning? (Tret at night only). Can I start now or should I wait until I am use Tret daily for a few weeks to introduce another active even tho I have been using Azelic acid for a few months.
