I started selling on Vinted 2 or 3 weeks ago. This app/company/site is a disaster.

I had three items that was instantly removed for being “potentially fraudulent”. Two Essentials hoodies and a pair of Nike Dunks. They were all brand new and completely authentic. I purchased them from legit retailers and even provided Vinted with the receipts.

First appeal was reversed after proving like 15 more pictures that were nearly identical to the originals.

Second and third items were removed and a one day restriction was placed on my account. That came off today, and then tonight I have a message saying “repeated violations could result in a ban” (well no apparently not since you just did that) and “include receipts and original packaging to avoid this in the future” (I literally had all of that in the three that were removed).

Good lord it’s like they don’t even know what they’re doing.
