Help with buying 1996 GT Conv

Selling started at 6.4 and I currently have them down to 5.7, is that a proper price?
What I know:
219k miles
State there’s no check engine lights
Claims New breaks and New oil.
Picture seems to show that it is still original engine.

I plan on seeing the car in person and checking a lot of stuff but especially the brakes and oil since he claimed it to be new, anything else to specifically look for, any help greatly appreciated!

1996 Celica Gt Convertable

Edit: Guys please talk about the price don’t just scroll by 😭.
I just wanted to come to this subreddit to ask if this is a fair price for the car. Seller says there’s no issues with it and it runs perfectly and is saying lowest he’ll go is 6.2. I think I can haggle lower but is a well kept celica worth that much?
