I recently applied for a food prep job and did my interview on Monday (I think it went pretty well) and now the wait. How long did you have to wait? was yours on the spot or did you have to wait a week or two

So I applied for a part time food service job so that I can work and also do this IT program I'm planning on doing this summer. The hiring manger and I text each other on indeed every once in a blue moon. Is that a sign to never work there or is that person just not reading my message?
So my dad knew someone and got me a job. I did no interview then basically got hired on the spot (which was sweet at the time) I show up to this Orientation and to sum it up
The company sucks..... dude what do I do....
