desired pay

I applied to a job that outlined a specific starting pay and how their raises work year by year. In that same application it asked what my desired pay was and to put a whole number even their starting pay is not a whole number so I rounded up & I realized that the number was how much I would be paid after the first raise. I know I might be overthinking this but do you think that that decision would lessen my chance of getting hired? I googled it and it said yes but that just seems extreme but hey idk.. and I can’t go back remove/edit my submission ://

time off

I heard that at walmart you don’t start receiving pto until 90 days of employment & unfortunately for me the 90th day lands right on my birthday :/ i tried to still request time off anyways but it won’t let me. am I not able to request time off either until the 90 days come? how will I be able to get time off for my birthday?

qtna

I quit my job (walgreens) on the spot last week and I haven’t received my last check yet. Pay day is on Monday but after I quit, they disabled my account almost immediately (I quit and an hour later I wasn’t able to go back in to access the hours I worked). Do you think this will affect me getting my last check or should I still receive it?

new hire.. kinda

I received an offer letter from walgreens on 06/18 and I still haven’t received a start date or any update period. i’ve tried to call the store on numerous occasions to get an update but every time I call an employee tells me to leave a message for the manager even when I request to speak to him personally. He called back a week ago and I thought I was going to get some sort of update but instead I got this story about how he’s been on vacation for 16 days (which is clearly a lie because i got the offer letter 2 days after my interview with him & at that point it was just reaching two weeks plus other employees say he’s there but I just can’t talk to him) & that the hiring thing is frozen but “we’ll keep in touch.” idek what i’m supposed to do atp bc i’ve literally been without a job for a month & at the time there were much more job openings available because it was the beginning of summer and now there’s hardly anything. I even had other interviews with other companies that I didn’t attend because i received an offer letter from them & obviously if im hired somewhere im not anticipating to not start working once im hired. ugh this is annoying
