I’m 28F & all my friends have moved to Australia & beyond. I’m absolutely stumped at this ripe old age on how to actually find/make more friends?
I’m not keen on meeting friends through apps etc but I’d be happy to attend events & cluerbsss to find a few new friends of Judy’s!

I just received my 10mg Ret & 3ml of BAC water. I’ve reconstituted my Ret with 2ml of BAC.
It’s currently in the fridge as I’ve been told it’s best to let it sit for a bit after reconstituting it. I’ve previously been on Wegovy & Mounjaro, no weightloss of Wegovy, weightloss on Mounjaro (2.5mg)
I am planning on starting on 0.5mg of Reta, has anyone else done differently & started on higher dose & been ok?
Would anyone share the schedule they used? Like week 1 & 2 0.5, 3 & 4 0.7 etc & so on so forth?
Also, I have PCOS & found Mounjaro great, has anyone else used Reta & noticed a difference in their PCOS?
