Will most likely need to replace this oven but am having a hard time finding anything affordable. It’s a 36in wide electric slide it. The one we have has a griddle area and we love it. So would like to find one with a similar feature. Any suggestions.

Purchased house 2 years ago and oven has been amazing. Recently the temperature keeps climbing no matter the temperature set. I think the thermometer inside is bad but can’t find a manual to figure out how to remove it. Any ideas.
