Insane hair loss (never lost hair faster) as a 18 year old

I'm not kidding this is like a world record. I'm 18 and I have been following aajonus for 1 year but these past two months and I have been watching my hairline recede, hair thin, and scalp became more exposed with noticeable change on the DAILY. I used to have a very normal hairline but in like two months I literally watched it go back more and more every single day and soon it's about to be in line with my sideburns next to my ears. It's very noticeable too and I can literally feel the corners of my hair get hot and itchy on my scalp before they recede the next day. I feel like 18 years old is very young but I have lost so much hair in these past two months that I really look like I went through like 2 years of hair development which is ridiculous

I know about hair with heavy metal detox and bloodflow, and that's why I hesitated to reach out because I thought it was detox but I feel like this quite a lot. I eat meat, butter, eggs, vegetable juice everyday, but not fruit. I also get lots of sun. I haven't done the peppercorn formula for hairloss. I also don't use commerical shampoo products and shower probably x2 every week with the egg shampoo.

Is there hope for mee?!? If it's about heavy metals then how is it this impactful in my case because I'm not doing any detox receipes at allll, more so just eat eggs, fat, meat, and then vegetable juice in between. What can I do to stop losing so much hair and is it even possible for me to grow it back too in the future mehbeh?

thank you primal community

Liquid diarrhea every time I drink vegetable juice

Lately I've been feeling pretty thirsty and I drink around two cups of vegetable juice a day. I moderately sip, but every time I do the juice, I normally have a lot at a time and then I get liquid diarrhea.

Is this normal or a sign that I'm sipping too fast? Or a good sign of detox?

Zero meat appetite and endless vegetable juice.

I literally do not think about any animal products throughout the day like the beef fat or raw meat that I have, and I be craving vegetable juice. I literally feel like I'm not naturally drawn to eating anything other than vegetable juice for some reason lately

Yet the problem is that I feel like I have to juice endless amounts of celery and parsley, and since I try to sip it to really maximize it - It's like more than half a day of just straight vegetable juice until I could maybe kind of get an appetite for meat. Is anyone else like this?

I be like damnnn is it really that I'm that acidic??

Can you eat beef suet with vegetable juice?

Because I know that suet or any just raw fat has a neutral pH in the body. However, I've seen recipes with coconut cream and vegetable juice, but I haven't seen suet or any other fat being paired with vegetable juice. And I was wondering why that is, what is different about suet?

Will it not digest well because it basically still has the same property as beef suet.

Fasting when naturally not hungry?

Aajonus was big on following instincts, cravings, senses - but is against fasting. I understand his thoughts on fasting making you anemic and that loss of appetite could come from over acidity, however what about if I'm naturally not craving vegetable juice or meat. When I'm not hungry for meat I normally am thirsty for a vegetable juice, but sometimes I have periods where I naturally don't feel like eating for like 4 - 5 hours. If I have a vegetable juice I might just feel like I'm super filled with extra water

Celery tasting sweet in vegetable juice?

I'd be whipping up the parsley and celery vegetable juice and for some reason the juice kinda started to taste a lil sweet. I noticed it because normally my juice is kind of plain with a tad bit of bitterness. I don't have really bitter juice, but this time it started tasting a little bit more sweet than neutral. And I experimented and did a just celery juice and tasted that and that showed me that it was the celery that was making it sweet, it's like almost a super light fruit juice feel.

Anyone else have this as well? I found this super strange ahaha

I'm addicted to peeled cucumbers (they so good)

I have been eating like 1500 g of peeled cucumbers everyday for the past two weeks I'm not kidding. They are just sooo refreshing and even though I have vegetable juice, I use both but I still find cucumbers so convenient and delicious. Lately I've also not been craving meat at all but maybe eggs, and instead of craving meat my body craves cucumbers.
