Best Internet Service Provider in Sialkot? Looking to Switch from PTCL

I've been using PTCL for many years, but honestly, my experience hasn't been great. The internet speed suddenly drops at times, and the connection keeps disconnecting and reconnecting every few minutes. It's become really frustrating, and I'm completely fed up.

Can anyone recommend a better internet service provider in Sialkot? I'm looking for something with stable speeds and a reliable connection.

Also, if I decide to switch to another ISP, what's the proper procedure for disconnecting my PTCL connection? Do I just call customer support, or is there anything else I need to do?

I'd appreciate any suggestions or advice. Thanks!

Getting bored on Eid Day 2 😭 Anything fun to do in Sialkot?

I’m getting really bored on the 2nd day of Eid. All of my friends are busy with family dawats and gatherings, so I’ve got nothing to do.

Is there anything fun to do in Sialkot today? Any good places to visit, events, cafés, or activities?

Bored on Eid Day 2… which movie should I watch alone at the cinema?

Today is the 2nd day of Eid, and I’m getting really bored. So I’m planning to watch a movie alone at the cinema.

At Cinepax today, these movies are showing:

Lun Di Saun

Zombeid

Psycho

Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Grogu

The problem is, I’ve never watched any Star Wars movie or series before, so I don’t know if I’ll understand it.

Can anyone recommend which one I should watch?

May 2022 really was a special time

Now looking back, I genuinely miss that era. It’s weird how you only realize how special certain moments were after they’re gone.

Nostalgia is actually killing me sometimes.

Looking for International Sales Partners for Surgical Instruments (Plastic Surgery Focus)

Hello everyone,

I’m currently working in the surgical instruments field, mainly focusing on plastic surgery instruments (rhinoplasty, liposuction, blepharoplasty sets, etc.), along with other medical specialties.

I source instruments directly from manufacturers in Pakistan and supply internationally. So far, I have worked with clients in the USA, Lebanon, and Cambodia.

The business model is simple — I handle sourcing and supply, while partners help with finding potential buyers such as surgeons, clinics, or hospital procurement contacts in their region.

This is a commission-based collaboration model. Profit depends on order size and deal structure, and we usually split earnings on a mutual agreement basis (for example 50/50 or as discussed per deal).

Example: On a $700 order, I previously made around $150 profit — so margins depend on product and order volume.

I’m looking for:

-People with healthcare/surgical connections

-Medical students or international students looking for side income

-Freelancers or sales partners with outreach ability

-Anyone who can connect with clinics or surgeons

No upfront investment is required. This is purely partnership-based.

If someone is interested, feel free to DM me and we can discuss details and structure properly.

Hi everyone,

I’m 23 years old and currently looking for guidance on restarting my small surgical instruments export business.

During my university years (Computer Science), I was not very interested in my degree, but I started an online business on the side. I created an Instagram page and WhatsApp Business account for a company I registered through the local chamber of commerce. Through this, I worked as a supplier of surgical instruments.

I had direct links with manufacturers, so whenever I received an order, I coordinated production and delivery. I also used product photos (with permission from a contact in the same field), along with catalogs and price lists, which helped me attract clients.

I was able to get customers from countries like the USA, Cambodia, and Lebanon. However, due to some personal and family issues, I had to stop the business.

I also want to mention that I specifically target international clients, because in Pakistan and most Asian markets, the profit margin is very low. For example, I once shipped a $700 order to USA and made around $150 profit from a single deal.

Now I have graduated, and I initially planned to go abroad for a Master’s degree in Australia, but my visa was rejected. Currently, due to family circumstances, I am staying in Pakistan and helping my father in his business. He has also encouraged me to restart the surgical instruments business.

Current Problem:

I am trying to restart the same outreach system, but I am facing serious issues:

- I do not have a website.

- I find surgeons on Instagram and try to contact them through Instagram or WhatsApp.

- I check their bio for WhatsApp numbers or websites and send catalogs and price lists.

- If no contact is available, I message them directly on Instagram introducing myself and my services.

However, my main issue is that I keep getting Instagram and WhatsApp restrictions (spam blocks) every 1–2 days, which completely disrupts my work.

Because of this, my workflow becomes:

Work 1–2 days

Get restricted 1–2 days

Stop working

Repeat

I have not tried email outreach seriously because I am not sure how to avoid landing in spam folders, so I feel stuck and confused about the proper way to do outreach.

What I need help with:

I would really appreciate guidance on:

- A proper and safe way to do outreach without getting banned/restricted

- How to structure Instagram or WhatsApp messaging to avoid spam detection

- Whether email outreach is effective in this industry, and how to avoid spam folders

- Any better alternative methods to connect with surgeons or clinics internationally

- How to restart this business in a more professional and sustainable way

Any advice, experience, or guidance would be highly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

I keep seeing this app all over Instagram Reels, and people in the comments are saying it's another version of the Blue Whale game.

Does anyone know what this app actually is? Is it real, or just another internet rumor? I couldn’t find clear information about it, so I thought I’d ask here.

I miss that time a lot. Now my cousins, who used to be so small, are the ones giving their board exams. It made me realize how fast time has passed.

It didn’t feel special at the time. We thought it was stressful and tough, but looking back, it was a beautiful phase. We were all together, talking all day with friends, asking each other, “Tera kitna ho gaya?” and discussing papers nonstop.

Now everyone has grown up. Life has become busy. Some friends moved abroad for a better future, some went to different cities, some are busy with work, and some got married. We rarely talk or meet anymore.

This watch belongs to my father. He purchased it a long time ago in Saudi Arabia, but we don’t have any box, papers, or details about it. I’d like to know whether it’s an original watch and if it has any value.

I honestly don’t know anything about watches, so I’m not sure what things I should check. What details do people usually look at — brand, movement, serial number, weight, materials, etc.?
