how can i fix this slide rail so its straight?

Hi all, new pop up camper owner and I'm loving it but I could use some ideas. As you can see from the picture the wood piece attached to the rail is coming apart from the wall. this is the second wood piece that ive tried. Im wondering if i use a bolt and washer on the exterior and interior, or if someone has engineered something better? any ideas?

Need L3 depth without hiring for it? I run a white-label back-line service for MSPs

This is for the MSPs here with a solid L1/L2 team that occasionally hits a wall on the hard stuff — the escalation that's eaten three days, the migration you don't have time for.

That's what I do. I run a white-label L3 service for other MSPs — basically your back line. You keep the client and the relationship; I plug in behind your brand, solve it, document it, and disappear. 27 years in infrastructure and security and I’ve served as a L3 resource for more than 250 MSPs.

What MSPs hand me most:

 - L3 escalations — complex server / network / infrastructure problems past your team's scope

 - Overflow & coverage — surge capacity, after-hours, vacation/PTO gaps

 - Security incident response — active IR, ransomware containment, EDR triage, forensics + report

 - Projects & migrations — server builds, M365 migrations, firewall replacements, UniFi deployments

 - M365 deep dives — Entra ID, Conditional Access, Exchange hybrid, tenant security & compliance

 - Network & firewall — UniFi, WatchGuard, Fortinet, Cloudflare, VPN architecture

  How it works:

 - 100% white-label — your brand, your client, always. They never know I exist.

 - Zero poaching — NDA + non-solicit signed up front. Your clients stay yours.

 - On-demand — no retainers, no minimums, priced per engagement.

 - Full documentation — root cause and steps taken, handed back so your team stays in the loop.

If you've got an escalation queue you'd love to offload or a project sitting in limbo, DM me and we'll do a quick intro call. Happy to share background and references.
