Help wanted with my magic system

So, to give a small summary, my magic system isn’t inherent, and cant be learned, but is instead used via scrolls and rare items.

Many years before, humanity held the key to creating these items which allowed the use of magic, but now, humanity has forgotten how to do this, which means magic is now finite.

Scrolls and such can still be found in ancient ruins, but it is very rare. Now, only the richest of the rich and people in important roles have access to this wondrous power and the average public have no grasp on it. It would be a great travesty for a scroll to be destroyed.

Any advice on how to make it better or changes I should make? Tips would be appreciated :D

We shall do it so that my prior actions have no effects on the next books.

Book 1: When professor quirrel collapses in the great hall during the troll attack, rip that turban of that fucker.

Book 2: head straight to ginny and snatch that bloody book off her, then take it to dumbledore and get him to cast fiend fire on it.

Book 3: kidnap scabbers while Ron isn’t there, then blame it on crookshanks, and bring him to dumbledore to prove Sirius’s innocence.

Book 4: I can’t really do much about the World Cup, but as soon as I get into school, I snitch to dumbledore about moody and get him to check the trunk

Book 5: I head home quickly without getting got by the dementors. Once reaching school, I don’t form the DA, I save Arthur, then breeze through the rest of the school year until Voldemort tries to trick me, and I ignore it.

Book 6: I get my lessons from dumbledore, but tell him that if he discovers marvolos ring, to not put it on (but in a sneaky way) then destroy the vanishing cabinet that Draco is using, destroy the diadem because I can, and then breeze through the rest of the school year.

Book 7: once scrimegour comes, I warn him of the imminent danger, then quickly get the revival stone. I then blast it to Malloy manor, get under the invisibility cloak and disarm him.

I go to dumbledores tomb, and grab the elder wand (I am now the master of death) then head to each location of horcrux and sneak around as much as possible, but if needed just mash anyone in my way since I am the most powerful wizard. Since the elder wand is so powerful I could probably just accio both Voldemort and nagini to me, or teleport to them. Kill them both.
