hi all. i’m not my sure if this is a pilonidal cyst however someone on a different reddit post told me it sounds like it. two days ago i had sex with someone who i’ve had intercourse with many times. however this time about a day after sex i felt a slight discomfort near my rear end. fastfowards to now, i’m in so much pain down there. there’s a bump and it feels extremely sore, even when i walk or sit. i’m genuinely confused because there was no action that took place down there (if you get what i’m saying). but it’s painful and uncomfortable.. i really don’t know what‘s going on.
