Apparently I thought it was just swapping few roofing panels, adjust the roofing panel elevation , extend and relocate the gutter (picture 1 and 2) so I quote them a bit over $300, but then home owner told me they wanted the rotting joist (or anything rotten) to be completely removed and replaced, so I demolished further in and found stuff like those (picture 3 and after). How much should I quote them right now, and how much should I quote them if they wanna dig further.

(and they say they don't know anything, it's like how it is since the moment they bought it from the previous owner)
