Is there anyway to turn down the brightness on these things? I have light sensitivity and it gives me headaches working at night on the new monitors lol

Hi! I know this question is probably asked a lot but I'm at a loss. I'm a 5'8 female who currently weighs 255 after losing 35 pounds in a little less than a year. I currently have a calorie deficit of 2,000 calories a day and my daily exercise is walking 3 miles. For the last couple of weeks, I've been unable to lose anything past 250, my weight fluctuates between 255-50. I'm (mostly) sticking to my deficit, some days I might eat a little more than usual but I would say 80% of the time I'm at 2,000. My question is, do I have to lower my deficit to starting losing weight again or do I increase my exercise? If exercise is the answer, what should I add into my workouts? Thank you in advance!
