Hey, I have had remnants of a movie that I watched as a child stuck in my head and no amount of googling has been able to help me find it, so I hope you can help me.

about the movie:

- seemed to be set in the 80s

- possibly made in the US

- these 2-3 men got an unhoused man that lived outside of their apartment and took him to their place where they had him take a bath. I remember the water being black and he was singing because he was happy to be bathing. They give him a white suit to put on and make him go on a date with this woman. The men are watching him from outside the restauran. On the date, he spills red wine on his suit and that is all I remember.
