Heya all. I'm ink, and i saw this kind of frequency design and it poked my interest. And i wonder if i can make this in photoshop or other design tool. I tried search it up on youtube but it's not what i want. So maybe i can find the answer here? If you guys know about how to make this, just let me know in the reply.

I just found this boxy ahh handycam. And it's canon mini DV handycam m700i. I was very happy because it turned on! but it vanished instantly because there's a glitch. Even when i put it down. I tried to clean the video head, but the glitch still there.
I don't know how to fix this, does anyone know the error behind it?
