Our sweet Maci turned seven years old today! 🎂

Currently at home, breaking the worst migraine cycle I’ve had in years. Spouse left for work this morning, and our two haven’t left my side.

The last two months here in the South have been horrible — weather, storms, all the triggers.

I say this only to say to everyone… hang in there. I’m hoping your break in the migraine storm is coming, just like mine hopefully is. Sometimes, it’s not that the normal medicines aren’t working — sometimes, other factors are just stronger.
