Need Help Growing My Glutes at Home

Hi everyone, I’m 22F and I need help with a butt workout routine (home workout only pls 😭). I have a flat butt and people keep calling me out for it. I’ve been trying a lot of butt workout videos on TikTok, but now I feel overwhelmed because I keep mixing different routines together and it’s getting messy. I also don’t have any equipment right now. If you have equipment recommendations, I might try buying them in the future, but for now I’m looking for no-equipment workouts that actually work. Does anyone have a simple routine they’d recommend?

returnee struggling with today’s economy lol

Bruh, it feels so hard to own a collar spike in Animal Jam nowadays 😭 How do people usually get them? I used to play Animal Jam back in 2013 and recently came back, but I had to start over with a new account because I couldn’t retrieve my old one anymore. The economy has changed so much since then, and I noticed that people mostly sell items now instead of trading like before.

I found someone selling a collar spike, but it’s too expensive for me to spend real money on a game lol. I really want to own one though. Saving diamonds by selling items takes forever, and I spent hours advertising with barely any progress. I need tips because I honestly have no idea how people do trade-up plans anymore.

Selling Everything – Need Help With Item Worth in Gems & Diamonds

Hello, I’m planning to sell all of these items for gems and diamonds. Could anyone help me figure out how much they’re worth in gems or diamonds? Thank you! 🥹

Good day po. I would like to respectfully ask for clarification regarding the NCLEX application. What does the RLE summary refer to—does it pertain to the duration of clinical duty or the cases handled? Additionally, is a notarized Certificate of Undertaking signed by the Dean and Registrar still required for the application? Thank you very much.

Hello everyone! I really need some advice. I’m a fresh BSN graduate here in the Philippines, and I’m planning to take the NCLEX for New York State.
I was originally scheduled to take the PNLE this August, but some of us were advised by our coordinator to take the PNLE in February instead. I honestly felt a bit discouraged by the change, so I’m now considering taking the NCLEX first.

I just have a few questions, and I would really appreciate your insights:

  1. Will it be difficult to review for both the NCLEX and the February PNLE at the same time? I’ve seen people say that the NCLEX application process takes months, and I’m worried it might overlap with my PNLE review since I’m already enrolled in a review center.
  2. Which is better for NCLEX application—going through an agency or doing it DIY (self-application)? Can you share the pros and cons of each?
  3. If DIY is better, what are the steps for applying? I’ve done some research and watched videos, but I’m still confused about the actual process.

I would really appreciate any advice, especially from those who took the NCLEX first before the PNLE. Thank you so much
