I've been experimenting with screentones, but I can't find anything to fill out the grey areas without causing the moiree effect, is it best to just use mainly colors? How do I get a good contrast between blacks, whites and greys?

It took almost the whole day to make this, I took the sketch layer and implemented it into the final piece to give it a gritty and dangerous look.
