AIO my friendship?

I gained a friend through work some years ago. Even though we're in different departments now, we still are pretty close.

I found out I was pregnant, during the time she was on vacation. She got engaged during her vacation. I waited until she got back to work to congratulate her and to also share my news.

Was I wrong for sharing my news? I feel like she was supportive at first, and now as time goes by, she's kinda dry whenever I text her about my pregnancy. I left her on read because it felt like I'm grasping at straws to respond to her latest message. But I know work has been rough for her recently, with her being promoted and having more work responsibilities.

9 weeks today

This is my 1st pregnancy and I've been experiencing achy cramps here and there, which I found out is the uterus growing. But yesterday I had achy cramps that lasted 3 hours. Before going to bed, I did my nightly routine of going pee, and when I wiped, it was a full wipe of blood. So naturally, I'm thinking the worst, and I was hysterically crying in my significant other’s arms.

Throughout the night, I went pee another three times, keeping the bathroom lights on while I went to the bathroom, checking each wipe, and there was no blood.

I'm feeling fine as of right now, and I have my first OB-GYN appointment this Monday.

Mainly I'm asking for reassurance and if anybody who has experienced this before during their early pregnancy?

Pregnancy related call out

I'm currently seven weeks and five days pregnant, and haven't even had my first OB/GYN appointment, which will be in a couple of weeks. No one has any idea at work that I'm pregnant except for one TL in a different department. I do not plan on sharing with more at work until my pregnancy is confirmed.

I have been getting really bad morning sickness. But I don't have PTTO to cover. I was asking the TL if I would be covered if I do call out for that reason, and they told me that I will have to do an LOA for pregnancy-related, and then when approved, I have to call in and put pregnancy-related, then my lead will just have to approve it and put conditional.

It seems like a lot just for one day. Last time I checked, putting a LOA is if you miss three or more days. And it can take several days to get approved.

I'm just wanting to have my call out for pregnancy related symptoms approved in the future without all the stress and worry.
