Wanted something unique to run as my gaunt summoner/on disc variant.
I imagine his story being he was originally a devotee to Nurgle, but was swayed by Tzeetch for more powerful magic becoming a gaunt summoner. That or he's posing as a follower of Nurgle while being a gaunt summoner..
Either way, this was really fun to build. I'm looking forward to all the unique colors I'll get to paint, not just more black iron, bronze, and red!
So I threw this list together for a game tomorrow against my friend running Skaven. The main purpose was to try out the conquerer cogfort but I'm also trying out the new Aqshy rules for the first time.
The general plan is to load up the branded chosen in the cogfort with a chaos lord and then push that up the center keeping the chosen safe from his shooting, along with the block of warriors and potentially the lord on Karkadrak.
Pretty new to list building, and I've only ever played games with my one friend, I am taking the terrain piece purely to try and deny gnawhole coverage here.
I think maybe dropping the chariot in order to brand the reinforced block of warriors and take some marauders for more chaff would be good. However, I don't have my marauders built as of now, and as I understand it you can't take an Aqshy warscroll warrior unit and a regular warrior unit, so I think the one unit of warriors will do. Very excited to get 14 attacks potentially in a fights twice off with the demon prince, let me know what you guys think and if my battle tactics are good choices!
