Blow-dry brushes

For those of you with SUPER fine hair: have any of you found success with a blow-dry brush? Meaning have you found one that you've used longterm that hasn't caused any notable damage to your hair?

Well I guess I caused an epic Krashout huh?

Yesterday I made a post about K in the BS sub that got a lot of traction (I didn't expect that), and I've just learned it caused her to crash the f out because she went and did away with the whole damn sub. Oops!! Who knew she was so sensitive! 🫣😅

Sunshine CAUSING insomnia??

Have any of you noticed that getting regular sunshine/sunlight actually makes your insomnia worse?? I understand that it's supposed to HELP insomnia but I'm beginning to wonder if that's actually not true for some people. I live in a very hot and sunny state. And this totally could be a fluke but I feel like whenever I'm spending regular time in the sun even if it's not for extended periods of time, my insomnia kicks back up! Like I said I could be making a connection that isn't there, but I thought I'd check in here to see if anyone else has experienced this.

Surprising update

I posted yesterday that I had been up for over 24 hours and was full of panic to the point of being physically ill. All day yesterday I was dreading nightfall because I was terrified of another sleepless night (I've gone up to 4 days with zero sleep in the past).

Well, I decided to take a quarter of a Unisom (the doxylamine succinate version) and it knocked me out cold in less than 30 mintues! Of course it could have been from pure exhaustion, but I'm telling you I was wired from adrenaline and anxiety, so I really think it was the med, even at a low dose. Definitely something I'll use on an emergency basis only moving forward. Last year I used both Mirtazapine and Trazodone (I've been off both since January) but I swear the doxylamine worked BETTER?

Anyway, just thought I'd share incase anyone wants to give it a shot.

I've been up for 24 hours

This isn't the first time and it's hardly the longest I've gone without sleep. But I'm laying here terrified. Does anyone else get EXTREMELY bad anxiety when they can't sleep? It's so bad that I'm throwing up, shaking and crying. Why does not sleeping make me so panicked??!

Neither 10 years younger nor a movie star

It's called a filter and THIS is what you look like every time it drops.

No, I did not alter this photo in any way. Watch his video again, and you'll literally see the filter drop several times for yourself.

The only thing you have in common with Brad Pitt is your known anger issues and your children not wanting much to do with you

Well, I finally did it.....

I have attempted to watch the entire series SEVERAL times, including when it first aired, but I could never get past the first few episodes of the final season. Then every year I'd try again and give up just about at the same point. Until..... TODAY! I finally made the commitment to push through, no matter what and FINALLY see the finale of this series.

I gotta say, I regret waiting this long!! Ok, yeah, season 10 is pretty darn terrible. And yes, there are parts of the final season I can't pretend to love. But the last few episodes and especially the finale were.... awesome??? I really am surprised how much I love the ending.

I guess better late than never, Eh?

So now I'm wondering: are any of the spin offs any good?? Do any of them cover anything with Rick and Michone??

Is the Daryl spin off worth checking out?

Well that didn't last long...

I already returned my Air😅 I guess I severely underestimated just how much I like and rely on having a screen with my data right on my wrist. I can't tell you how many times over the past several days I went to glance at my wrist to check my steps, hr, etc. only to remember there's nothing there🤣 I switched to the Inspire 3 and I LOVE it. I previously had a Versa and that was too bulky for me. Which is why I switched to the Air. But I think the Inspire is the sweet spot for me. Light, thin, with just enough data on my wrist. I guess old habits die hard, haha.
